Looking for a Therapist?

Thank You for Visiting!

We hope you can find everything you need. Therapy is often a stigmatized term that causes many people to shy away from seeking out any additional support. But when you are feeling overwhelmed, overworked, tired and completely alone there is little that will have the same impact as proper support. Whether facing depression, anxiety, relationship stress or that unknown feeling that takes over every part of you therapy can help even if it is simply gaining an outside perspective. By working on the underlying feelings you will find a sense of peace in a sea of chaos.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions about what you may need or specialties that I have. I am happy to provide you with the support and guidance needed to make true long lasting changes in your life.

Currently HIPAA compliant Telehealth services are being provided with both California and Texas as I am licensed in both states.

Individuals

Whether it is feeling alone, conflicted, depressed, relationships, irritable or anxious looking at yourself is terrifying to do on your own. Having a guiding hand to help you see what you hide, even from yourself, is helpful beyond measure. I specialize in depression, anxiety and concerns in eating behavior. My hope is that by working together we can build new skills and ways to overcome hopelessness.

Teens

One of my specialties is working with teens and the spectrum of issues they face. This is a difficult time for most teenagers where they are seeking individualization. When you add something as significant as depression, substance, social anxiety or eating concerns on top of it there often feels as if there is no one who understands, let alone someone who wants to. I will work with your child to help them process these emotions, learn to advocate for themselves and assist in creating a safe environment to explore who they are becoming.

Family/Couples

A family can be the most supportive, loving and hurtful part of your life in one simple meal together. Learning to navigate your feelings and how to express them to people so important to you is not easy. My goal is to get to the root of what is not being said and help others understand how to speak in a common language of understanding with one another. Learning to build boundaries, encourage communication and build a life together are skills every family can use.
